We ship to the 50 United States, all US Military locations (APO, FPO, DPO addresses) and most countries worldwide. If you have a question about shipping to a specific location, please send an email to marra@anyageactivewear.com

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

Your order should take between 4 - 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep (COVID-19 delays).

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1 day
Shipping Time: Refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by our fulfillment company, which automatically chooses the most efficient option. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking reference will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. International delivery usually takes about 8-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Once your order is trackable, it will take between 4 – 10 business days to be delivered via our standard shipping option.

Amendments, Returns, & Exchanges

We want to make sure you're happy. That's why we offer you the ability to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. And we offer free returns on Continental U.S. orders. Read more in our Return Policy.

Any items purchased as Last Chance or Final Sale, or any other sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.

We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.

Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.

We are not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.

STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at support@anyageactivewear.com to print out a pre-paid shipping label.

Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
Place items you wish to return and return form in the original package.

We have designed our packaging to be reusable, there is an additional strip of tape that allows you to reseal the package. If you don't have the packaging anymore, don't worry! You can use a different package, as long as it's unmarked.

Print your prepaid USPS return label via our DHL portal.
You do not need to add an RMA.

Below are common questions we receive about amendments, returns, and exchanges.

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website (which is below).
